The following addition to the ASAP constitution was adopted at the April 2009 AGM. Misappropriation of ASAP resources. Any member found to have used ASAP resources in any way not in keeping with the Constitution or the aims of the Society will be expelled from the Society and any relevant information passed to the appropriate legal authorities for possible prosecution. For this Article ‘resources’ are to be defined as “any item paid for entirely by, or donated to, the Society”. For this Article it will be deemed that a resource becomes the property of ASAP from the time that it is paid for, or offered as a donation. |
